Additionally, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of the information attainable through this website. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. Although we strive to provide up to date and accurate content, errors may occur. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders based on incorrect or inaccurate pricing, regardless of whether you or we entered the data.

Trailers typically carry a one-year limited manufacturer’s warranty but vary by product. Some components may or may not have an extended timeframe. We are an authorized dealer, but warranties are provided by the manufacturer. Meaning we do not have total control in all cases. We must collect all data and submit it to the manufacturer for approval. Warranties cover failed equipment; it does not cover equipment damaged by misuse.

Warranty or not we will do all we can to ensure that it is a quick process. In most cases, warranty repairs are done at the manufacturer’s location. The buyer is responsible for getting equipment to our location to be transported back to the manufacturer. Warranty does not cover travel expenses. In certain cases, some manufacturers will send replacement parts directly to us or the customers, but the norm is repair at their location.

Turnaround times for repairs: When customers have warranty issues we prioritize those repairs. Simple repairs are often done while you wait. We do all we can to ensure turnaround times for warranty repairs are completed in a timely manner. We only repair the equipment we sell and do not accept any other service work.

Loaner Trailers: We do not loan equipment while warranty repairs are being done. The warranty is to bring the broken equipment back to working conditions.

RETURNS/REFUNDS:

Maverick Trailers USA does not accept returns. A nonfunctioning item is not grounds for return. That would be classified under the warranty category above. We advise you to be certain that the items you are buying are what you need. We are happy to answer any questions and help you with the decision-making process. Returns may be considered on a case-by-case basis but may require a 10% restocking fee to cover administrative costs, marketing, and inventory costs associated with returns. Additional fees may apply to used machinery.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

In no event shall we, Maverick Trailers USA, be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages, or any damage whatsoever, arising from or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance of the information, services, products, and materials available on this website. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which such damages are sought, including contract, negligence, or any other approach. These limitations shall apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for certain types of damage, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Machinery is quality control inspected by the manufacturer but since the liability of operation lies with the user, said user must inspect machinery daily before use.

Loading of Trailers: We are happy to assist with loading equipment at your request and risk but we do not accept liability for damages incurred to vehicles in our yard.

All logos, images or graphics, trademarks, and copyrights shown on this website, including text, images, audio, or video, may not be used without the written consent of Maverick Trailers USA. ORDER ACCEPTANCE:

The receipt of an emailed order confirmation does not represent the approval of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Maverick Trailer USA reserves the right to limit any item’s order quantity and/or refuse service to any customer without prior notification. We may require verification of information before accepting an order. By placing a credit card order, you permit us to contact your bank to verify your name and address.
